Richard “RJ” Parrilli and his wife, Alyssa Parrilli, appeared with their lawyer, Francis Bongiovanni, at an Elmhurst public hearing Monday. They want to tear down the nearly century-old house at 292 S. Arlington Ave., which neighbors oppose. One said the city is at a “tipping point.”
